Within the scope of the “Türkiye’s Net Zero Emission Target: Road Map for Transport” Project, a training session focusing on the basic principles of sustainable transport was held on 27 December 2024. The training covered key topics including sustainable transport policies, low-carbon transport systems, modal shift, energy efficiency, alternative fuels, and the European Union policy framework. Delivered by Prof. Dr Athanasios Papadimitriou to a total of 30 participants, the programme aimed to enhance attendees’ knowledge and capacity in sustainable transport planning and policy development.
