Within the scope of the “Türkiye’s Net Zero Emission Target: Road Map for Transport” Project, a 5-day training programme was delivered in line with the project management framework developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI), aiming to prepare participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam.
The training was based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) and covered core project management knowledge areas including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality management.
The training was delivered by Emre Alıç, Computer Engineer, Project, Programme and Portfolio Manager, and Organizational Agile Transformation Leader, and was attended by 17 participants. The programme aimed to strengthen participants’ project management capacity and enhance alignment with international project management standards.
