Information Security Policy

As the Information Technology Department of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Türkiye, we are committed to establishing, operating, and continuously improving a management system in compliance with the TS ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System Standard.

Our key objectives are to:

• Ensure the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Accessibility of Processed Data
  Protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of data processed within the organization to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
• Ensure Continuous Availability of Public Service Information and Communication Systems
  Ensure that public service-oriented information and communication systems are secure and continuously available for all users.
• Compliance with Legal Requirements
  Ensure full compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements concerning information security, including data protection laws and industry standards.
• Standardization and Improvement of Business Processes
  Establish and maintain standardized business processes to improve efficiency and ensure the continuity of operations in the organization.
• Increase Support for Information Security within the Organization
  Promote and enhance internal support for information security practices to create a secure environment within the organization.
• Effective Control of Information Security in Communication with Stakeholders
  Actively manage and ensure information security during communication with relevant stakeholders to prevent any data breaches or unauthorized access.
