Within the scope of the \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019s Net Zero Emission Target: Road Map for Transport\u201d Project, the 13th Training Module was held on 18-19 August 2026 under the title \u201cEffective Communication and Professional Representation on the Journey to Net Zero\u201d. The two-day programme covered clarity in spoken communication, professional impact and first impressions, body language and voice, message design, preparation for stakeholder meetings, storytelling, rhetoric, persuasion, negotiation and the management of difficult questions.<\/p>\n

Delivered by Mona Altundemir, the training combined concise theoretical input with case analysis, group work, role-play, meeting simulations, practical speaking exercises and structured feedback. It aimed to strengthen project stakeholders\u2019 and public-sector representatives\u2019 ability to communicate technical and strategic information clearly and confidently to different audiences and to engage professionally in meetings and negotiations.<\/p>\n
